You are entitled to an appeal in court if the DWP has rejected your benefits application.

The DWP would have you believe that they lose 70% of PIP appeals because the claimant produces “new evidence” for the Tribunal.

The DWP’s own statistics show this to be a lie.

They say that 59% of appeals are won by the claimant because the tribunal reached a different conclusion based on the same facts, with new written evidence making a difference in just 1% of cases.

The same statistics show that in 2021 the reasons that claimants won their PIP appeal were:

  • Cogent oral evidence: 32%
  • Reached a different conclusion on substantially the same facts: 59%

What is “cogent oral evidence”? This means that the tribunal asked detailed questions and the claimant’s answers were detailed, consistent and credible.

If you have prepared well for the Tribunal and know what is going to happen, what kinds of questions you may be asked and that you need to try to give clear, accurate and to the point answers then you have a really good chance of getting an award.

And this is precisely what we do.

Why Choose Us?

Help With My Benefit Appeal is an impartial and independent business that has the ability to put client's interests first.

Some old age charities do have the capacity to advise on benefit appeals but waiting lists are long and without proper legal help, sometimes it isn't possible to help.

That's where we come in because we have a tried and tested method of application assessment and an excellent case win rate.

Most rejected applications are refused on a technicality. Let us right this wrong and win you back the benefits you deserve.
